Our neighbor who's from Pagsanjan invited us to go to 'Lagaslas'. It's around 3 hours from Manila but we are from Batangas so it's nearer. The lagaslas is the shallow part where the boats or bangkas going to Pagsanjan or Cavinti Falls pass by. There are around 15 lagaslas going to the falls. The lagaslas are the difficult part of the journey for the boatmen or bangkeros going to the falls because these are shallow parts so they have to manually maneuver or pull the boats thru the rocks with their guests in it. Now I understand why the boat trip to Pagsanjan Falls is around P1,500 per head.
I'm not fond of too much physical activity but I had so much fun. We had rafting thru the lagaslas using the round life buoys which were available from the cottages. I filmed each of the boys when they had cliff diving. There was also a videoke in one of the cottages and one group was like having a mini concert in which we cheered on. We had so much fun indeed.
