Mt Uragay Spring Resort in Carmen, Cebu was the source of Nature's Spring Bottled Water before the company purchased another spring source nearby. It is a privately owned resort with two pools, one for kids and another one for adults which is 5 - 9 feet. The water was freezing cold, clean and clear. The entrance fee was P30 and the cottage was below P500 (I forgot the exact amount) and we brought our own food since there was no corkage fee. If you are planning to go to Durano Eco Farm and Resort, you will pass by Mt Uragay Spring Resort. There were also cottages for overnight accomodations.
To get here from Cebu City, just traverse the National Highway going north. Carmen is just 1.5 hours away from Cebu City. It is 3 blocks away from Carmen Public Market and you will see the signage at a corner in the left side. Then from the National Highway, it will take you another 10-15 minutes to Mt Uragay. You will pass by the Shemberg Plant, MLuiller farm and poultry, a banana plantation as far as your eyes can see and of course, the green mountains of Carmen.
