The Bangui Wind Farm is located in the municipality of Bangui, Ilocos Norte. It has 20 windmills, 70 meter high each and stretched on a graceful arc along the 9 kilometer Bangui Bay facing the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea). These windmills provide cheap electricity for the Ilocos Region. I was really amazed to see the windmills. They are as high as a 23 storey building. They are so beautiful on a backdrop of blue skies.
