The Highest Point of the Philippine Highway System

The Highest Point of the Philippine Highway System or Philippine Pali is in Cattubo, Atok, Benguet at an elevation of 7,400 feet.  This is one of the stopovers along Halsema Highway.  Just like the stopover in Mt Polis, it has food stalls, carenderias and a view deck of the mountains of the Cordilleras and of Mt Pulag.
